Zoe's crib

Letter project

I am a total slacker:-)

Ok, it's only been, like, 12 weeks since we actually had the 21 week ultrasound and all...better late than never, right?!?! Anyway, here is our little Zoe Emma! I'm actually 33 weeks as I write this post. The weeks are flying by! We've settled in to our rental home here in Little Elm, TX. and the baby's room is pretty much set to go. Last weekend, we went to the medical center where we are having her for the child birth tour. It's the first time that it's really hit me...she's coming and soon! We are so excited:-) After I post this, I'll download some pics of her nursery. I think it turned out way cute...way more pink than I ever thought I'd decorate with but, hey, you gotta love the girlie thing while you can, right?!?!

Waiting..

It's been forever since I've updated my blog!  I need to get better at it.  Anyway...
We are now officially Texans!  Haha, never thought I'd see the day:-)  So far, we've really enjoyed our time down here and are in the process of looking for homes while we stay with my parents.  Waiting for a house...fun, fun!
I'm now 4 months and 1 week along in our pregnancy!  We're super excited to find out what we're having in November.  I'll even have a little video clip of the ultrasound we'll post.  I'm so grateful that we've had a pretty smooth pregnancy thus far.  Hopefully the second half will be just as smooth.  Waiting for baby...:-)

Maternity Jeans

So, while we were up visiting our friends in Wisconsin, I dragged Justina out to do some maternity clothes shopping.  I'm right there in the middle where my jeans are getting just a little too close for comfort so we just picked out a few things for now.  It's so funny that we women are always so worried that cothes are going to make us "look" pregnant...guess I don't have to worry about that right now:-)  I must say, maternity clothes are mighty comfy.  I don't see why we put ourselves through the pains of wearing tight clothes when it's infinitely more relaxing to wear looses ones.  Ah, the irony of the human condition!

Welcome to Our New Blog!

Steve and I decided it would be a good idea to start our own family blog so that we can keep everyone up to date on our happenings. We have a lot of exciting events coming up in our lives, including the birth of our first little one in April of 2010. We'll post pictures and comments on everything that goes on we think our family and friends might enjoy knowing.

Hope all of you are doing great and we sure love ya!
